Norman Vincent Peale was born in May 31, 1898 and died in December 24, 1993. He is the author of "The Power of Positive Thinking" along with 46 books. He is graduated from Bellefontaine High School, Bellefontaine, Ohio. He has earned degrees at Ohio Wesleyan University. In 1935, Peale started a radio program, "The Art of Living", which lasted for 54 years. Under sponsorship of the National Council of Churches he moved into television when the new medium arrived
